MIKE'S 3 STEP PATH TO CHANGE MODEL:

1. Be Aware:

Be aware of your emotions. When you react to situations recognize what’s going on inside your mind and what it is you’re thinking about. Know that you are the owner and creator of all your thoughts and feelings and ask yourself “how did I create this” and “why did I create this”?

2. Make a Shift:

Ask yourself “if this is how I don’t want to feel, then how is it that I do want to feel?” Then allow the flow of positive thoughts and the better feelings take over. Focus on this new desired outcome and concentrate on the emotions it evokes.

3. Create a Change:

It’s action time! Take this new outlook and positive perspective and act upon the opportunities that start appearing. Once you generate that positive energy you will start to attract the same in return - that’s the Law of Attraction. “Your thoughts become your reality.”
